Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to customers and demonstrate features
- Conduct test drives and provide information on pricing and financing options
- Negotiate sales contracts ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with potential leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing and financing calculations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to excel in outside sales environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
