QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.
  • Available to work evenings & weekends
  • Drive for financial rewards
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Skill in computers, basic software, and internet. Ability to learn database management

  • Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations
  • Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance
  • Followup with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
  • Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
