Freeland Auto is looking for a self-motivated and career-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our talented team! QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intellegence.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including a Motor Vehicle Report and a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicles, explaining pricing, financing options, and promotions.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to finalizing the sale.
  • Follow up with leads, set appointments, and maintain a strong customer database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
