As a HIGH VOLUME DEALER, we are seeking a Sales Consultant that will be the face of our company, working directly with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company! Requirements Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services. Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries. Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, payment options, and any available promotions. Negotiate terms and close sales while addressing customer objections. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with potential clients. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and consumer protection regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidate highly preferred but not required. Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs. Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques. High level of integrity and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Clean driving record.
