QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry, with proven progression in prior roles
• Demonstrated career stability and growth across positions
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service, building trust, and driving satisfaction
• Leadership rooted in empathy, listening, and team development
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining an excellent attendance record
• Professional presentation and demeanor that aligns with the Empire Hyundai brand
• Energetic, team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm, friendliness, and dependability
• Adaptable to weekend and holiday scheduling as needed
• Open to feedback and driven to improve and evolve
• Strong multitasking and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
