Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record with valid driver license. Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for connecting with customers both in person and digitally, learning and presenting Hyundai vehicle features, and guiding customers through the sales and financing process to close deals. They must also consistently follow up with prospective and past customers to drive sales results and achieve personal growth goals.
