With a mix of on-the-job training and product webinars, you’ll gain the skills needed to excel in a dynamic sales environment. Strong social media skills are a valuable asset for this role.
Our dealership is located in Kanata, Ontario, within Ottawa’s only dedicated auto mall. We are conveniently situated near the thriving communities of Kanata North, Kanata West, Stittsville, Carleton Place, and many other vibrant neighborhoods.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that align with their needs and budget.
  • Conduct test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
  • Stay informed on product details, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Leverage sales support tools and technologies to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication.
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Experience in sales management or sales support is a bonus.

Pay: $42,500.00-$110,000.00 per year
