We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with customers from various backgrounds.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating payments accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find their ideal vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
