JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients looking to purchase vehicles. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer relations to build a strong sales pipeline and foster long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in automobile sales and a passion for delivering high-end service.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Licensing & Certification
Salesperson License: Must obtain a valid license from the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority (MVSA) of BC.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
Earn between $50,000–$80,000 CAD annually, based on an average of 5-8 car sales per month.

1) Sales & Customer Interaction
Lead Generation: Reach out to potential buyers via online platforms and social media.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and customers to build rapport and close deals.
2) Sales Process Management
Negotiation & Closing: Conduct remote negotiations and finalize vehicle sales, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
3) Administrative Duties
Customer Records: Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and transaction history.
Reporting: Provide timely sales updates to the Team Leader and dealership management.
4) Marketing & Promotion
Digital Outreach: Use digital marketing to showcase available vehicles and dealership offerings.
Content Creation: Share engaging posts such as vehicle reviews and promotions, in compliance with MVSA regulations.
5) Compliance & Documentation
Paperwork Handling: Ensure all documentation is properly completed and submitted.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow all relevant laws and dealership policies governing vehicle sales.
