Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Become an expert of all Porsche products
  • Deliver first-class customer experience
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and capabilities of our vehicles
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
  • Build and foster relationships with clients and be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards from Porsche and the GAIN Group of Companies
  • Follow and respect management’s instructions
  • Complete required training to further advance your knowledge and skills
  • Be a team player and a positive force on the sales floor
  • Participate and help with marketing and customer events

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and someone who takes initiatives to respond in a timely manner while ensuring Porsche guidelines
  • Passion for luxury cars and an understanding of the Porsche brand and histories
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Valid VSA license
  • A criminal record check and driver’s abstract with be required upon hire
