Previous sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, assess their needs and provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features based on customer interest and needs.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery; work with managers to configure deals.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by responding to leads timely.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Presents a professional appearance consistent with dealership standards.
  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Possess a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Driven by the opportunity to increase personal income through strong performance.
