JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ted Britt Automotive is seeking individuals with Automotive Experience to complement our sales team. The individual would possess strong people skills to establish an environment conducive to customer satisfaction. This ability is critical to our selling process as well as the basis for building long-term relationships after the sale. The individual will listen to and analyze customer needs and provide information that leads to a purchase decision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
• Validate pricing and terms of sales agreements to secure deals
• Punctuality, readiness to work as needed to attain personal sales goals
