Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. Our Sales Consultants are paid based on a commission structure, so income is only limited by your ambition level. During the first six months of employment, we will provide a guaranteed minimum income, allowing new associates to focus on learning the product and the 'Eide way' of doing business, rather than worrying about their compensation. Previous auto sales experience is helpful, but NOT REQUIRED for this position. Applicants from the customer service industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and video to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process. Phone & Video Communication: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and video messages to establish trust and personalize the buying experience. CRM Utilization: Log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of leads. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Learn and showcase vehicle features, benefits, and promotions through video demonstrations and virtual consultations. Sales Process Execution: Follow Vern Eide’s structured digital sales process, ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer interaction. Self-Marketing: Utilize social media, video content, and digital outreach to attract and engage potential buyers. Closing Deals: Work with customers to finalize sales agreements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience. Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on automotive trends, digital sales techniques, and CRM best practices to optimize performance.
