Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record, with valid driver license. Responsibilities

Sales Consultants are responsible for welcoming and engaging customers across multiple channels (in person, online, phone) to understand their needs and professionally guide them to the appropriate Volkswagen vehicle. This includes clearly communicating the brand's technology and value proposition while building lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
