  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Ability to positively adapt to change and work in a team driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and utilizing other technology applications as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a background check. *Employment contingent on acceptable background check results
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Responsibilities
  • Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm daily.
  • Assist customers on their journey to buy their desired vehicle. Be the vehicle expert!
  • Ability to consistently maintain the unit average and minimum performance as required.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Staffing company events as needed.
  • Strong pipeline management to ensure excellent two-way communication with customers and management
  • Ability to place and receive customer phone calls
