Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients, build rapport, and actively listen to their vehicle needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and offering test drives honestly and with integrity
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, trade in evaluations, and financing options. Knowledge of current inventory and ability to source from other dealers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and dealership targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and product knowledge to deliver accurate information to clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction & loyalty

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in automotive (or similar customer facing sales role)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, OMVIC license (or ability to attain)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
