REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience in any industry is preferred; Car Sales is a huge plus!

  • Energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills and motivated to succeed

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
  • Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor

Responsibilities
  • Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, prospect for new customers, and more!
  • Participate in test drives and present pricing
  • Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand the operating features, warranty and paperwork, and build a foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and more.
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
  • Attend sales meetings and training
  • Enter all prospect and customer information into a database
  • Follow-up to ensure customers are satisfied and encourage repeat business.
