Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop Sales Team: Recruit, train, and coach a team of automotive sales consultants to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Set Sales Strategy: Create and execute action plans to drive showroom traffic and improve closing ratios. Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory, demo units, and lot presentation to ensure optimal selection and display. Deal Structuring: Review and approve all car deals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience from test drive to delivery. Team Training & Development: Conduct regular sales meetings and ongoing training sessions. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to launch local promotions and campaigns that attract car buyers.
