This hybrid role sits at the intersection of the sales floor and the finance office -- and the person who fills it will have significant influence over both the guest experience and the store's performance. THE ROLE This is a dual-function position for a proven automotive professional who is equally at home desking a deal on the floor and closing it in the finance office. You'll support sales management responsibilities -- desking deals, coaching consultants, managing floor coverage -- while also handling F&I for your own transactions and assisting with F&I as needed. The scope varies day to day, and the right candidate is comfortable moving between both functions with confidence and composure.
