AUTOMOTIVE SALES FLOOR MANAGER

Location: Burlington Hyundai, Burlington, ON
Reports to: General Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent
Hours of Work: (Minimum 40 hours/week, Monday–Saturday)

Burlington Hyundai is seeking an experienced Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales department, mentor our product advisors, and elevate the customer experience. This role is pivotal in helping our team close deals, exceed revenue goals, and maintain our reputation for integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Calling and following up on unsold traffic.
  • Finding potential improvement opportunities in sales processes.
  • Tracking and monitoring our leads and ensuring effective lead management.
  • Meet with Sales Staff to review performance and plan of action.
  • Mentor sales staff and conduct sales meetings.
  • Provide ongoing training for Sales Staff and ensure that they are following an established protocol to obtain optimum results.
  • Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index rating on sales, delivery and follow-up.
  • Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintained.
  • Demonstrate dedication and support of Company initiatives, culture, goals and policies to staff and peers.
  • Display strong leadership qualities that show commitment to a no-pressure, high integrity sales approach with each customer.
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including finance, service and parts.
  • Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with staff, customers, co-workers and management
  • Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching, meetings, and performance reviews
  • Monitor and improve lead management processes
  • Follow up with unsold traffic and identify sales opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to dealership protocols for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements
  • Liaise between customers and internal departments (finance, service, parts)
  • Maintain a high-integrity, no-pressure sales environment
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed monthly KPIs and sales goals
  • Appraise trade-ins and review customer contracts
  • Ensure early introductions and smooth vehicle delivery processes
  • Maintain online presence and pricing accuracy
  • Uphold CASL legislation and OEM incentive standard
