POSITION: AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER

Location: Big Lakes Dodge High Prairie Alberta
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed goals

Work with clients in order to help facilitate the purchase of their next vehicle.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and employee retention
• Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to maximize performance
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales. Automotive experience preferred but not neccessary.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

.Willingness to participate in training and coaching in order to improve personal performance levels.
Preferential hiring will be to local area residents.
