Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for coaching salespeople on closing methodologies and providing mentorship to enhance sales performance, while also setting sales goals and leading the team to achieve quotas. Additionally, they must assist customers in vehicle selection and perform professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
