Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals. Monitor and manage the sales process from customer engagement through final delivery. Train team members on effective selling techniques, CRM usage, and product knowledge. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assist in handling customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions). A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
