POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Automotive Finance & Sales Manager to join our team. This unique role combines the strategic oversight of both the Finance and Sales departments, supporting a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive financing, sales operations, and leadership, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of combined experience in automotive finance and sales management.
  • Proven track record in securing auto loans and closing high-volume deals.
  • Strong understanding of dealership management systems (DMS), credit applications, and compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital retailing platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a hybrid work model (onsite and remote collaboration).

Responsibilities

FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Secure and maintain relationships with lending institutions to ensure competitive financing options.
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability and maintain lender guidelines.
  • Present finance and insurance products effectively to customers, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and maintenance plans.
  • Accurately prepare and review all finance and legal documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., Red Flags, OFAC, Adverse Action).

SALES MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficient sales processes and an excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with vehicle merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing department to execute lead-generation strategies and online campaigns.
