We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and help grow our dealership. Position Overview The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, mentor and motivate the sales team, and ensure customers receive a high-quality buying experience. This role requires strong leadership, automotive sales expertise, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Manage daily sales operations including inventory, pricing strategy, and customer flow Train sales consultants on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service standards Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Handle customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores Develop promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive dealership growth Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards Qualifications 3+ years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership management software Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.
