Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Showcase vehicles to customers both on the lot and through virtual tours
  • Conduct test drives and explain features of various car models
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

    Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Proven track record in sales or outside sales roles
  • Strong sales management skills with the ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • Solid math skills for pricing and financing discussions
