Description Key Areas of Responsibilities: Work the sales desk on both new and used when necessary. Present numbers to customers and close car deals. Bid trades for all departments. Assist in merchandising show floor and car lot weekly. Understand new car monthly programs. Assist with weekly advertising campaigns. Assist with used inventory pricing using VAUTO to help determine market pricing. Work with other sales managers to keep aged inventory at 10% over 90 days. Assure all deals get turned over to finance department. Work together with finance department to ensure the finance process is followed. Work with HR and GM to conduct annual reviews for Sales Consultants. Maintain schedule for Sales Consultants to ensure adequate coverage. Daily one on one’s with Sales Consultants. Take turnovers from Sales Consultants. Assist with daily sales training. Interview, hire, and train new Sales Consultants. Ensure all salespeople are factory certified. Pay sheets for Sales Consultants under your supervision. Obtain gross & volume objectives set monthly. Assist any customer needs, problems etc. Maintain and execute Safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Other duties as deemed necessary by Management. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Must be presentable and professional appearing at all times Must have valid Driver’s License and good driving record 5-7 years relevant experience required Good organizational skills and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible availability to dealership hours Availability to work most Saturdays, off every Sunday Excellent listening skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications Product knowledge
