Key Qualifications: Self-motivated and success-driven individuals will excel in this role. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least one year in a Sales Manager or Finance Manager position. Estimated Salary: $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering the success and growth of your sales team while enhancing customer satisfaction. You will achieve forecasts and goals while embodying the company’s values and mission. A passion for learning and succeeding is a must. Candidates should have recent, verifiable experience and demonstrate a solid understanding of the automotive sales process, vehicle acquisition, and dealership appraisal software. The ability to adapt to changing economic conditions and flexibility in business operations is also essential.
