QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Required subprime finance experience.
  • Ethical, morally sound, and trustworthy.
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive financing.

WHAT WE DON’T WANT:

  • Inactive Sales Managers: We need proactive leaders, not those who remain behind a desk without engaging with the team or customers.
  • Reluctance to Work Hard: This role requires achieving a daily sales volume of 8 to 10 units. If you’re not prepared to meet these targets, this isn’t the position for you.
  • Unwillingness to Participate: Managers must take turns, conduct one-on-ones with team members, and actively call and confirm appointments.
  • Know-It-All Attitude: We value continuous learning and adaptability over a resistant attitude toward change.
  • Lack of Automotive Experience: Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with subprime finance, is essential.

    Pay: $96,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
