QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of automotive sales management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
  • experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, and train.
