QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be experienced in managing regulatory audits and must have implemented regulatory requirements of day-to-day operations in earlier role
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager for a minimum of 2 years at a used car dealership
  • Must have a VSA sales license
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $21.75-$27.75 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Handle regulatory audits and co-ordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure regulatory compliances and requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with the Motor Vehicle Act
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
