The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years, active hands-on, day-to-day sales management background with a passion for exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service coupled with an astute understanding of the highline automotive industry. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years Sales Manager experience with a highline luxury automotive dealership REQUIRED.
  • Process driven, have outstanding attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
  • Prior experience using Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
  • Engage hands on with sales consultants and clients equally. This position is more than “Desking Deals” and requires interaction with clients on an on-going basis and with attention to detail and accountability. Leasing and appraising trade-ins is required. Strong negotiation skills required.
  • Train and develop a unified sales team to surpass monthly sales goals by demon-strating superior leadership.
  • Solid experience with manufacturer line and used vehicle inventory management (appraising and reconditioning)
  • Applicants should possess a working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software and be able to self-manage their day-to-day work plan activities. (Those with ADP experience will also be considered.)
  • Deliver a Truly Exceptional client experience with a demonstrated history of top CSI.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all vehicles are displayed effectively
