Position: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago (60641) Pay: $41,600-$150,000+ Annually (Includes a Base Salary!) Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! Responsibilities Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase Completing product demonstrations Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade appraisal Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle, payments, length of loan Staying in contact with customers you’ve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience Qualifications You have previous experience in automotive sales You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience Cars, people, and competition gets you excited!
