Job Title: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist Location: Berman Nissan of Chicago, Chicago, IL Schedule: Full-Time Workdays: Monday–Saturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off) Weekly Schedule Snapshot 1 day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2 days: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM 1 day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Uncapped commissions | $100K+ potential 25% commission on new & used cars + 5%–10% finance bonuses on your own GP + Fast-Start Volume Bonuses $200 flats Company Benefits Competitive PTO Multiple low-cost medical plans Low-cost dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term & long-term disability Fully paid training 401(k) Employee discounts on automotive service & sales Clear career path with opportunities for advancement Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase. A Typical Day Includes: Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need Completing in-depth product demonstrations Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
