Job Title: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist Location: Berman Nissan of Chicago, Chicago, IL Schedule: Full-Time Workdays: Monday–Saturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off) Weekly Schedule Snapshot 1 day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2 days: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM 1 day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Uncapped Commission – Ability to earn $100K+ annually Our pay structure rewards drive, professionalism, and customer experience. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase. A Typical Day Includes: Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need Completing in-depth product demonstrations Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or any guest-facing role Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm, professional, and personable under pressure Want a sales role that emphasizes relationship-building and customer experience Get excited about cars, people, competition, and the opportunity to control your income Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
