  • Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs.
  • Guide buyers through the entire sales process—from greeting to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of new Ford vehicles and a great selection of used.
  • Negotiate pricing with professionalism and confidence.
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals (and get paid well for it!).
