Unlimited Earning Potential: Aggressive compensation plan that rewards effort and results Salary: $54,000 - $79,000/annually Compensation Structure: 30% commission with $200 minimum per unit (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold. Additional Compensation: $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month, retroactive to the first unit sold. Other spiffs and bonuses as dictated by management. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record with valid driver license.
