What You'll Do Engage and nurture leads with professionalism, both in-store and online Coordinate client appointments with a concierge-level approach Conduct needs assessments and align clients with the right Porsche model and ownership solution Deliver tailored vehicle presentations showcasing deep brand and product knowledge Navigate the sales process with precision, from negotiation to closing Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining long-term relationships through proactive communication Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up strategies Stay current on Porsche innovations, options, and technologies What We're Looking For Proven sales experience in luxury automotive or premium retail environments Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance benchmarks Polished communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Professional presence with the ability to deliver a refined client experience Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Passion for high-end automobiles and the Porsche brand What We Offer Uncapped Earning Potential: Aggressive commission and bonus structure rewarding results Salary: $73,000 - $105,000 annually Commission Structure: 30% commission with $200 minimum per unit (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold. Additional Compensation: $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month, retroactive to the first unit sold. Other spiffs and bonuses as dictated by management. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
