Keep prospecting for new customers at all times. Maintain regular follow-up with those who have already made purchases. Work with the management team to develop deals that are both profitable and sustainable. Log your daily tasks and activities into the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with all required trainings from both the OEM and dealership. Support our merchandising efforts by organizing inventory on the lot or posting your own listings. Qualifications: Friendly and professional appearance Strong communication skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership Willingness to learn new sales techniques Effective team player Proficient PC skills Sales experience or management background preferred Benefits? We offer uncapped income potential, with first-year sales professionals typically earning between $60,000 and $90,000 annually. Experienced sales personnel can expect to earn between $90,000 and $150,000 per year. Our compensation package eliminates mini deals by incorporating unit bonus and ceramic paint sales incentives.
