Product Knowledge: Learn and share detailed information about our vehicles, answering questions and guiding customers through their buying journey. Sales Process: Conduct effective presentations, actively listen to customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly goals. Relationship Building: Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, service staff, and leadership to provide a seamless and supportive customer experience.
