As an Automotive Sales Representative at Olympia KIA, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expertise and care. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record. Qualifications Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
