JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in outside sales, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end or B2B environments.
  • Strong background in retail sales or dealership experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and sales documentation.
  • Proficient in math for handling transactions accurately and providing financial information to customers.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices is essential.
