THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant / Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will represent our portfolio of innovative and reliable vehicles, delivering a consultative and customer-focused experience to prospective buyers. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales journey with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with confidence and professionalism to promote new passenger and commercial vehicles, in-house financing, and insurance solutions.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay updated on the latest automotive trends and offerings.
  • Handle customer queries with integrity and provide accurate information to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during contract signing and vehicle registration processes.
  • Go the extra mile to enhance the customer experience within legal and ethical boundaries.
  • Actively grow the customer base through strategic outreach and retail marketing initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary education with at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
