Responsibilities: * Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. * Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. * Maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages. * Build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service. * Meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership’s standard of excellence. * Collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success. * Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process. * Follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication. * Understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product. * Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies. * Explain product performance and benefits to our clients. * Follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication. * Present pricing including leasing and financing payments. Qualifications: * Prior automotive sales experience preferred. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. * Proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service. * Self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals. * Valid driver’s license with three years of clean driving experience.
