This role will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Sales Team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service. What will YOU do? Supervise and lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth Assist in training new sales staff and ongoing training for existing team members Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and goals Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and team members Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations What will YOU need? Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a sales team Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and dealership operations Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Willing to be assigned in Namayan, Mandaluyong City
