Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Douglasville, GA, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers. Social Media is a major REQUIREMENT of this job. Sales experience is a plus, it does not have to be in the automotive industry. Job training is required. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process. Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory. Create daily/weekly SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. (short videos, pictures) Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including NO-credit-check deals. Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals. Work Schedule & Benefits: Full Time position Work Schedule - 5 days per week (Closed Sunday's) 2 days off during the week Guaranteed base pay plus commission. Strong presence on social media platforms, willing to be on camera/photos/videos. (NON NEGOTIABLE) Create your own social media content. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Sales experience required (Does not have to be automotive but some sales experience is helpful) Valid Driver's License
