Join the dynamic and family-oriented team at Kenora Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette! For over 30 years, we’ve built a reputation not only for serving our community but also for supporting and investing in our employees. We’re now looking for a motivated, people-focused Automotive Salesperson / Product Advisor to join our growing team.
Here, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll find a career in a workplace where your efforts are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your coworkers feel like family. With the right attitude and determination, you’ll have the opportunity to build a six-figure income in a positive, supportive environment. No sales experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right individual who loves working with people and wants to be rewarded for how hard they work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them to the vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
  • Learn and master the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Corvette product lineup as well as competitive models.
  • Prospect new customers and follow up with existing ones to build lasting connections.
  • Close sales with professionalism and integrity while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing support after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Contribute to the team’s success through collaboration and participation in regular sales meetings.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, family-like environment.
  • Driven to achieve goals and grow personally and professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace training.

Why Work at Kenora Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette?

  • Family-oriented, supportive culture where you’re more than just a number.
  • Competitive pay structure with strong earning potential — including six-figure opportunity.
  • Extensive benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, EAP).
  • Up to 3 weeks paid vacation to support work-life balance.
  • Frequent team-building events, staff lunches, and a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Signing bonus for the right candidate (based on experience).
  • Full training provided with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid full driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • A motivated, team-first attitude.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required — we’ll train the right person!
