SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize conversion rates.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers through various communication channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and vehicle features to assist customers.
  • Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance overall sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in an automotive dealership setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automobile sales processes and inventory management is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
