Qualifications: Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency with office software (Excel), and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably within the automotive industry. Responsibilities: Service Coordination: Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and managing the flow of vehicle repairs. Administrative Support: Opening, tracking, and closing work orders (repair orders), including processing invoices and managing payment records. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records, inputting data into computer databases, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements. Communication: Acting as a liaison between technicians, customers, and the service manager to ensure efficient workflow and resolution of customer queries. Inventory Assistance: Supporting the service manager in monitoring inventory levels for the service department. .
