As a Service Advisor it is your primary goal to create Long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for all things automotive. On a daily basis you will work with customers to address their automotive needs. We are a full service shop. Anything from oil changes to in depth repairs you will help facilitate it all! We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in a booming industry! We are growing, we want you to grow with us! Bring your positive attitude and we can teach the rest!
Service advisors set the tone for a positive customer experience for years to come! It takes drive, passion and a upbeat positive attitude no matter the challenge!

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service-Take ownership of every interaction! Even the little details count!
  • Sales Goals- Achieved by communicating vehicle needs as described by technicians in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Product Knowledge- Own your interactions! You are the expert, do the research so that you can be confident in what you are communicating!
  • Ability to work on a team- We all have the same goal! Take care of customers!
  • Quality Control- To the customer you are the entire process, by making sure all concerns are addressed you will win the customer!

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum experience required.
  • High level of organization.
  • Strong ability to multi task.
  • Excellent attitude- We need a people person, everything we do starts with the interactions that take place!
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Customer Service Experience- 1 Year
  • Sales Experience- 1 Year
  • Willing to submit to Drug Screen and Background Check.
